-Break down and stage all cardboard and recyclable

-Properly stage and return bins

-Clear and clean trash chutes and compactors

-Maintain organized, sanitized trash rooms

-Clean and disinfect dog runs and outdoor common areas

-Annual repaint and refresh of trash rooms

-Light maintenance support (dumpster wheels, compactor jams, etc.)

-Remove debris around building perimeter

-Daily on-site presence and supervision

-Leadership directly from owner during the launch phase

-Reporting and communication with on-site staff and management
